Clergy Annual Evaluations for 2023

Due in the District Office by June 1st

“The Virginia Conference Cabinet and Board of Ordained Ministry have designed the attached annual evaluation process to be used for all clergy to local churches.” This information was updated September, 2018 and includes the Evaluation and action Report form to be returned to the District Office by June 1, 2023. This evaluation should be conducted between March and May.

 

The goal of this process is an enhanced ministry relationship between the pastor(s) and the congregation in order to advance your charge/churches mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ.
