Helen Ryde (they/them) – Organizer with the Reconciling Ministries Network, United Methodist Deaconess, member of the Upper Room Two-Year Academy for Spiritual Formation #42, Mentor, Friend, and more – created paths to communication in ways unlike the usual approaches. Helen’s gift of listening opened doors to conversation, respect, compassion, advocacy and justice. In the years Helen moved among us, they modeled a legacy that summons us to affirm, share and live as reconciling individuals, groups, churches and communities.
